Once an order is placed at TFS Wholesalers Online, it is not possible to cancel/refund an order. You may also not add or remove items from an order once you’ve received your payment confirmation email/message and/or once we received your order. If you’d like to buy additional items, you can place a new order.
Exchanges / Damaged Items or Missing Items (if applicable)
If a parcel is damaged we will send a replacement for that item or package depending on the condition of the parcel and the items inside the package. Please note we have images and tracking of every parcel that is packed by TFS Wholesalers Online.
Send us an email with a photo attached of the damaged item or damaged parcel to firstname.lastname@example.org
All warranties, where applicable is the manufacturers’ responsibility and not TFS Wholesalers, in case of warranty issues the manufacturer should be contacted.
